Set up in 1987, Simec is an Italian company based in the Veneto region which specialises in the manufacture of circular saw cutting machines for tubes and bars made of steel and light alloys. Simec cutting machines are manufactured following a well defined and controlled process. Each machine is the result of several years’ experience in cutting processes, continuous training of staff, updates and focus on Industry 4.0, as well as technological innovation.
Simec srl manufactures either series-built or custom cutting machines. Versatility is the identifying mark of a company that can fulfil all demands thanks to its experience gained over time and, what is more important, its technical staff who have always teamed up to deliver enhanced support and services.
Simec circular saw cutting machines are precision series-built machinery which can also be assembled with customised options, based on the customer’s requirements, to create ad hoc cutting lines. Controlled cutting quality for solid bars and tubes alike.
With reference to the bar cutting lines exclusively, Simec has started a collaboration with the Japanese company Nishijmax for the supply of the cutting units. After receiving it from Japan, Simec completes the cutting unit with customisable systems for workpiece loading/unloading and cut product finishing.
